This release primarily contains stability fixes from the last dev channel. There is one known issue:Windows: SSL client authentication doesn't work or is slow with some smart cards. See issues 71748, 71928, and 72041. These regressions will be fixed in a future Dev channel update. Until then, please use the Chrome Canary build as a workaround.
