toyo Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 On another site (the only one using this sh*t) there's some Adblocker script that creates a ultra-annoying pop-up reminding you to whitelist the site. It also pops up twice/click :PSince that site is a good pro-audio tracker, I tried whitelisting them too, but obviously it doesn't work :frusty: I never thought it would be Kaspersky's stuff driving me crazy, of all the apps I have.Anybody using the latest KIS here? Can you add *nsaneforums* and *nsanedown* to the whitelist and see if it's working, or at least confirm the whitelist is broken. I swore not to post in their forums again after richbuff politely started to cover up and destroy any threads/posts with complaints about some nasty behaviours. I have whitelisted the particular script that identifies whether I have adblocker enabled or not. And bam, never see that popup again, nor ads. They could have politely asked to disable it. But no, they want a popup, so now I use their site without seeing their ads and saying go f*ck yourself douche-bag popup makers.That's why we never force anyone to whitelist the sites. toyo Posted February 9, 2011 Share Posted February 9, 2011 I don't know what has gotten into them, they used to be very nice, they have lots of donations and the servers/admins/founders/etc. being in Canada, members are mostly from the "civilized" hemisphere, meaning money is enough. And then, after years of cleanly using the tracker, they hit me with the dreaded: Please reconsider safe listing us with your Adblocker.
