<img src="http://www.nsanedown.com/images/logos/UCompare.png" class="logo" alt="IDM UltraCompare" title="IDM UltraCompare" />UltraCompare Professional is a powerful compare/merge application loaded with features to enable users to track differences between files, directories, and .zip archives! File Compare features include text and binary compare of two or three files at a time and users can merge differences between compared files. Folder Compare supports comparison of local/network directories (and subdirectories with recursive compare) and .zip archives as well and users may merge differences between them. With automatic integration with UltraEdit-32 or UEStudio, UltraCompare Professional is a tool no user should be without!

Thanks - I had it replaced. MS Essentials did not like the original. So I had it scanned with malwarebytes. It was ok there. I recall you reported something like this before about a CORE fix. I haven't seen any news about it elsewhere though.

a variant of Win32/Keygen.AU

Do you really think it`s dangerous  It is what it is - an unpacked keymaker with its code visible to av scanner.

I downloaded keymaker few minutes after release this news, ran it few times. Now I ran PC from Hiren's BootCD v13.0 Rebuild By DLC v6.0 With All Antivirus Rescue, ran G DATA, updates definitions and ran full scan. PC is clean

Sternog is correct. The original CORE keygen for UltraCompare PRO does indeed contain a virus (Win32.Induc.A). I found it hard to believe at first. But after installing Delphi and running the original keygen a "Presence of a file named sysconst.bak in %Delphi_Installation_Folder%\Lib\ folder" is there. This would be a symptom of the virus.

Terrible sorry for this. 13 downloads were counted before the keygen was replaced. As stated this would only affect systems that have Delphi installed. Should you be one of those who downloaded the keygen before it was replaced, and had Delphi installed at the time of running the keygen then our members will be more than happy with fixing this for/with you in the Software Chat.
