We are very proud to announce the release of nsane.down v2.1. Visually not much has changed, however there have been major improvements to our backend system.

The main highlights for this release are:

 • Major backend improvements.
 • Added Facebook page.
 • Updated "Share" page.
 • Enabled scrolling for "Community Activity" block.
 • Minor skin tweaks
 • Miscellaneous other bug fixes and changes.

We hope you like the changes we have made and as always feedback and suggestions are very much appreciated.

We have also moved to a new server to allow for future expansion. The new server can be identified by checking the version number of nsane.down (it should be v2.1 in the footer).

Not seeing the updates? Force a cache update by clicking Ctrl+F5. (In Firefox you might have to 'Clear your recent history' as well.)

Nice to see yet another great nsanedown site upgrade, :)

I like the round edges of the skin now and the site seems to load much quicker too

I always commented "the FrontPage sucks" . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . not anymore, it's much better now - especially, the listings (however, that could be further improved upon.) :)

Round edges? Are you referring to the bottom of the drop-down menu having rounded edges? (I honestly thought no one would notice...)

If you're talking about anything else, then I have no idea what you're talking about :P

It should be faster for most people indeed :D

Congratulations for the update. FP is faster now. :dance2:

What's that about scrolling?

Scrolling = rotating (the tabs move to attract more attention to the fact that there are more tabs, I don't believe the Topics or Polls tab was ever clicked before :P).

There're some flagship software missing from that listing.

Please make a list and let us know ;)

Wow...thanks a lot for doing such a GREAT job in both design and executing a smooth switch...quite a difference compared to what happened to TorrentLeech this past week

We actually hit a small speed bump in switching, but that only caused a 3-5 minute downtime, at most :)

Does tabs at comunnity activity move by themselves? I can't see them moving.

Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+F5).

Remember: Firefox has its own DNS cache so if you don't clear your 'Recent history' you might still be viewing the old frontpage.

You can check by looking for the v2.1 at the bottom of the page.

If you're sure you're on the new site, please mention your browser and on which page you are when you experienced any issue ;)

(Any new additions have been extensively tested, so it's not very likely that they don't work )
