It claims to update hourly, it doesn't, it went for 12 hours without updating and you cannot upddate without registering it, which is nearly impossible for me. I registered and clicked their link to verify myself and got that all out of the way. I tried to login to update but it tells me that I have a invalid username or login. I try and go to customer support and the page does not exist. I try and go to the help part of their website and it's down. This program is looking more and more like an information gathering piece of shit. Download and install with caution.EDIT: I called tech support and some Indian sounding guy answered the phone. We talked for a while and it is very apparent that they are VERY new. He didn't quit answer the phone in a professional manner...which kinda rose a red flag for me. But he did explain that there is some bugs with the registration and later today an update is coming out for that. He confirmed that he is getting third party definitions from other protection companies (sort of like a desktop version of HitManPro only free and brand new) and I strongly suggested to him to try and get the definitions from Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware if possible. I'm still looking into this antivirus software...I'm still cautious about it at this point.
