I really didn't want to do it, but seeing as Google dropped ad support for nsaneproductions.com last week and that we're now stuck with shitty advertisers I pretty much have no choice (we're only clearing like $1 a day now). So it was basically either this or watch the site slowly go broke because Google doesn't like a few cracks and whatnot listed here. Knowing my luck though, the Alcohol-Soft douche bags probably complained that they were paying us while we have their program available for free...but I dunno.All ViP Members, Donators, Affiliates and Staff Members do NOT have to view these ads however, or those Clicksor ads that place themselves in the site text. You've already shown your support for the site in your own various ways so you shouldn't have to deal with that crap popping up on every other page. Please note though, that you have to be logged into the forums with the "Remember Me" option enabled so the site can use the cookies to verify your member status. Or if you already donated but haven't yet registered in our forums, now would be the time to do so. You just need to drop me a PM afterwards with the donation details and I'll have you browsing ad-free ASAP.Once again, I'm really sorry for this and I really didn't want to do it -- but I have to. Thus if we continue to come around and see ads we will continue to give you revenue.I say, allow us to see any banner ads, but no pop-ups or dirty nasty clicksor ads.Just my opinion :)edit: just to clarify, i say this because honestly ads do not bother me unless they intrude on my experience. Pop-ups would be intrusive (they interrupt my attention) and so would clicksor ads (they interrupt my reading), as well as porn ads (they draw my attention quickly :innocent:, but are alas gross and not friendly). So basically as long as us special people don't get any of those ads seeing a banner ad here or there would not be a problem and only beneficial for you.I still think donators should get to be ad free, of course.
