I just tried installing this again and it showed that it was the latest version.

But I then installed it on another computer and it showed that it was the previous version.

There is a sort of widespread misconception that the business editions are better, but they add nothing for the home user - nothing all. :wut: Or are you connected to servers perhaps? When we post or install Kaspersky- does anyone ask for business editions??? :think:

Why don't you read in their homepage the differences? ;) Beside if you are wealthy enough and as to own your "own enterprise", you should be paying for this excellent piece of software so as to support its development!!! :yes:

Does anyone have problem with ekrn.exe . I am using win 7 x 64 , and ESS , and sometimes just random my CPU usage goes on 50% , and i can see that kernel is using 50 % , and my system is idle . can i solve that or just skip to avira or avast ?

I have EAV on Windows 7 x64. I see that once in a while too. Sometimes ESET is in the middle of an update or sometimes ESET is scanning my files.

yeah it jumps up when it update but it drops down quick, but sometimes just random goes up to 50 % ekrn.exe , and i didnt checked up does eset is scaning files during that , but CPU remain to hangs on 50 % for an half a hour , until i restart it

If you are on a 32bit OS, only the 32bit version of ESET would work on your computer. And as far as I know, all the fixes work perfectly on both x32 and x64. :)

I myself prefer box, mara- fix. It resets the trial to make it work forever. Others insert license to make it a full version. It's your choice. All of them work great. :)
