Administrator DKT27 Posted September 2, 2010 Administrator Share Posted September 2, 2010 @muhib: I advice you to remove FormatFactory and re-install K-Lite Codec Pack as formatfactory will install the same codecs again, register them to the system and will screw you K-Lite settings. Personal experience. Also, FormatFactory doesn't convert to a good quality. I recommend Xilisoft Ultimate Video Converter or Mediacoder (a bit advanced) over FormatFactory. jalaffa

Personal experience. Also, FormatFactory doesn't convert to a good quality. I recommend Xilisoft Ultimate Video Converter or Mediacoder (a bit advanced) over FormatFactory. well thanks a lot but as I said I can't live without this one lol actually I don't use it only for conversion of video files but I like it because of its wide range of formats for audio and pictures...also it has a mux and audio joiner which is pretty important for me....and I'm quite satisfied with video conversion also I have Xilisoft converter too but sometimes it says "conversion failed" so I use it rarely....well thanks a lot for the advice
Administrator DKT27 Posted September 3, 2010 Administrator Share Posted September 3, 2010 (edited) OK if you say so. :) But you should give Mediacoder a try. It has more options and features than Xilisoft and Format Factory together. Just get hang of it, you'll become a expert. EDIT: Please remember that K-Lite is totally useless on your system if FF stays installed. Edited September 3, 2010 by DKT27
