Do I actually need to upgrade if I have 4.0.something?

I'd recommend having a look at the changelog and see if any of these changes are changes you'd like to see, if not then there's no real need to update.

4.2.58.3, what a version number... :P

Sound advice shought. I have a major slow down felt when running various (VMWare and XP-Mode) Virtual Machines after this upgrade. Considering to downgrade.

Hmmm, I'll be installing it soon... I guess.

Will see if I notice anything.
