I had to spend some time tweaking the configuration because Mint’s default settings were restricting internet throughput, resulting in noticeably slower speeds. Aside from that, I have installed basic security measures and am running my applications in Docker containers. As a complete beginner, I would like to know: What additional security tools or configurations should I implement to better protect the server against external attacks?
