Activate Sublime Text 3.2.2 Build 3211 x64

i am trying to install Sublime Text 3.2.2 Build 3211 x64. Yes of course there are other version and newer too, which follows the same process like Hex Editor for

tweaking the keys! But this one seems little confusing.This is what i need to change:

Offset 0x8545: Original 84 -> 85
Offset 0x08FF19: Original 75 -> EB
Offset 0x1932C7: Original 75 -> 74 (remove UNREGISTERED in title bar, so no need to use a license)

I racked my brains and i am tired and frustrated. Is there a way around, i use 010 Editor for hex editing. But this tool to seems to be little confusing.
