Is Symantec Endpoint Protection no more?

it has been a while since I saw a product update from Broadcom for this product.

Are they phasing it out, replacing it with something else?

I am curious what's going on - I'd like to start planning for an alternative if need be.

My preference would be sticking with it though!

Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) or SEP 16", that's the word out there.

I know cloud has been a buzzword of late, but guess what.

A lot of companies are moving back from the cloud to traditional on-prem environment.

That said, I think Broadcom is making a mistake with this strategy, they really should keep the traditional on-prem SEP,
