Internet Download Manager  6.42 Build 58 Won't Capture Download From Sites After Google Chrome Updated to version Version 144.0.7559.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)

 

Anyone else Getting this issue i have tested it on more than one machines

Yes, have the same issue here, I now need to right click and choose download by IDM now tell a fix is made.

@dabourzannan i temporarily  shifted to opera until idm fix their issue

@ramiz0 hi I didn't have any problem! installed IDM preactivated by "The Big"

@soundtwo idk man i tried official installer and it doesn't work seems like idm needs to fix this issue

I too was experiencing the same and suspect this has something to do with the most recent Google Chrome update and IDM has yet to catch up!

 

What I did to fix it for Chrome:

1. Closed IDM from the taskbar
2. Manually removed the Chrome extension (if using) Chrome
3. Manually reinstalled the Chrome extension using this <direct link from IDM>
4. Close Google Chrome
5. Manually reinstalled/repaired IDM from this directory: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\IDM\idmupdt.exe
6. Open IDM > Open Options > General tab
   • Ensure Google Chrome is selected in browsers (below)
   • Finally, click on [Restart] Advanced browser integration is enabled
7. Working for me now, but your mileage may vary

@bigbrother Idm Working fine for all other browsers except google chrome. this issue happend after google chrome updated to 144

I solved it by reinstalling internet download manager.
