These are not even comparable products. Sandboxie prevents infections by browser exploit etc. (program level). Time Freeze protects entire partitions from permanent modification of any kind.

Gonna give it a try....Its sounds like a cool idea to have a program that puts protection around you hard drive and everything....If I understand, if I want to download a program to my hard drive I have to turn the program off. If I run an anti virus or spyware scan do I turn the program off....E used East tech Eraster and Privacy eraser as well.. Will all of them run with the program on or should I turn it off for the scans. Thanks for your help. Tim

I forgot another question. Does it need to be turn off for updates ie windows updates or updates dealing with other programs- Super-Anti Spware, Malwarebytes etc.

Gave the program a try... Turned the program off, and jot an error message telling me to run a check disk scan...Ran it and came up with many errors showing on my computer..... Also shut down my internet security program. removed it. I have the boot turned on said it was protected turned it off ran the scan that's is when all the problems came up. Thanks. If that would not have happened I would have kept it.. It was fine in the virtual mode I went to turn it off and started getting error messages. Restarted the computer, ran the scan dish and the scan fixed the errors that had been caused. I had run the scan the day before and it came back with no errors. This was the only program that I added.

Care to clarify a bit clearly and with some proofs that the one, which giveawayoftheday was giving out is not "full" but limited ???

I do have the so called full version on my HD,and I can compare these two later when I find time. (..or if i care.. nothing beats rollback rx/eaz-fix)

Installation file you get/got via that site is called "ws-timfrz_full674.exe" ..doesn't refer to limited atleast not in my eyes.. size of the file is 7,45 Mb (7 813 736 bytes).

File: ws-timfrz_full674.exe

CRC-32: 92c37a7a

MD4: b587421cf9e714e5577fa1030e2b00a3

MD5: 9303d2b53359cf5eb6e3d61c9ec0e2f1

SHA-1: bb03b97bdf3f8f7e613a0b2c4fc9cb9791cf6538

-------

Okay.. then the so-called "FULL" version which I have.. filename: "ws-timfrz_full674.exe" size: 7,45 Mb (7 813 736 bytes).
File: ws-timfrz_full674.exe
CRC-32: 92c37a7a
