Internet Download Manager 6.42 Build 46

Hey folks,

Hope everyone is doing well. Recently Internet Download Manager has been failing to detect videos from Youtube  LIVE. The release notes of IDM 6.42 build 46 says the browser extension needs approval from browsers and I installed build 46 seeing the release notes that video detection has been improved. But to my dismay it's still unable to detect. Btw it's able to detect normal youtube videos though. Hope the IDM team fixes it soon. Anyone facing same problem? Is there any workaround?

Live video / video detection issue fixed is what i have been seeing in every update change log since long in IDM.

Alternatives/Workarounds :

1) Maybe after the Live Session has finished you can try to get it again..

2) Perhaps you can try some other websites that capture from YT.  for eg google yt1s

3) You may want to try other things like screen-capture / record etc if it's really important to you.

doesn't work with the last build

Yes the last build is useless so far Youtube is concerned.

Update : I found that build 46 is not working with Youtube normal as well as LIVE videos. Re-installed the build 46.
