andy2004 Posted July 19, 2025 Share Posted July 19, 2025 (edited) Hi.. sorry if this is the wrong place.. i've been searching for a fix since i went to my gmail account to see if i had any emails. when i go to Gmail in my previously logged in email. i now get a damn popup or screen with no X in any of the corners. (see pic) basically is page 2 window aka page 1 of 2.. on the previous window i selected the bottom circle.. and clicked next and got this one.. IT is TOO WIDE for my screen to be able to see either anything to click on or click next/ closed. I tried using ublock to block it but it simply loads up a screen with then NOTHING over the top so i cant access any of the email links. i tried removing this 2nd grey screen but nope.. cant use gmail I dont use workspace. it just a basic gmail account i've had for 20years. it was working the last time i opened my gmail account. Fixed the issue.. seems they dont like PALEMOON browser.. opened up firefox portable, and it showed the same window but in a smaller BOX. word wrapped. was able to click next and then save and now its GONE.. shame i use PALEMOON.. so folks if you have a gmail account and open it up to get the same thing.. use firefox portable to fix it.
