@SL0TH report button is the only way to notify the staff team.

Please start utilizing the report button to draw the staff's attention to problems with the site as we the staff do not read all new topics and comments.
It will not assist or resolve the problem to post a reply/comment to the thread about it. The report button is the only legitimate way to get
problems addressed around here.

Regards,

I am sure you and all members have read this message more than once.

Um, it wasn't a staff thing, I was letting everyone know the offline installer was updated too--which is rare and sometimes hard to find links to. I'm seriously confused as to where I'm supposed to post such things.

Even now, other than the link change, there's no way for people to tell it was updated.

Later today I will add this page link to main FP topic for everyone to find always.

That's a good start, since the page also has the commandline options for installing different versions. But note, the links there aren't always up-to-date. The last offline build (v5.21.77 or something) wasn't linked there, only v5.20.

I'll use the report button if I come across anymore non-public links though. I use this program a lot in places with no internet/phone service, so I try to keep the latest offline installers handy.

@SL0TH Yeah, many times they don't update the offline links always, and even they stop updating the 32 bits for the 32 bits OS. Also, now they barely updating the offline links which is not easy to tell when they will get them updated unless you check the page I mentioned above.
