Night Owl
According to Process Explorer, Boss Key v0.2.1 doesn't affect Private Bytes (or Virtual Memory). Boss Key only affects WS Private (or "Memory (Private Working Set)" in Task Manager).
HX1
Yeah this is true.. BUT in order for that to get smaller your looking at the program size itself and all content to get smaller as well as changing some very detailed caching settings, which can in some ways make it slower and utilize more bandwidth.. essentially FF would behave differently... EDIT: .. and technically if everyone has been paying attention.. it would seem that some OTHER browsers are starting to move in that direction ( of consuming large resources in different areas ).. its just a price we pay for something faster I think.. each time.. So many variables and factors to consider however cross-platform and between each user to consider.. especially third party stuff... True that with some builds some cleanup could be done.. but what I am referring to is n ultimate fix in streamlining the whole program.. but then we have to make strides in a programming manner.. really to address it...You know I never thought BossKey was going to be such a huge hit, when I recommended it to Biz.. really is great though.. Glad everyone likes it!
