On options - make sure that you have firefox selected then "use advanced browser integration" selected - if not select it (you may need to restart) ... then check "detect new applications that try to download files from the internet" now open cometbird then try to download a file .. IDM should work by then

:lol: I've switched to Cometbird because Firefox uses so much RAM (even I don't have many add-ons installed).

did u install MR.TECH TOOLKIT addon.this addon wil look after those exp addons if they r not compatible.

sometimes when new versions firefox/cometbird released these addons were incompatible to wrok properly.so if u have installed mr.techtoolkit addon it makes these incompatible as compatible addons.thats it..

those exp addons are safe to use.no need to worry yar.

i mean before installing this theme u wil have diff colors on tabs.aft installing fx4 theme u will have gold colored tabs(excpet da tab which u r using at present wil be in plain color.)

i think u got it.n colorful tabs feature is embedded in cometbird but its not there in firefox.

@jose

theres another trick.i am sure u wil be fine with this.

install this addon.

now open option on this addon.

then on GENERAL option select option COLOR ON DEMAND.then all u r tabs will be in PLAIN COLOR.

then under fading level option select as "no tab fading"

u can enjoy da tab fading option if u select max fading option.all inactive tabs woll be faded completely.it looks like SMART..
