A few problems occurred which significantly delayed the release. The biggest contributor was the loss of our lead programmer who developed and was working on updates to the boot time defragmentation module including 64 bit boot time defragmentation, essential for defragmentation of 64 bit O/S system files.We’re pleased to say that we have almost completed all the development and we are now just putting the finishing touches to the program to make it ready for release. We estimate it to be in mid June which is around 8 weeks. Don't know what but it would be nice.. I am not going for the multiple windows thing right now... as previewed.. Maybe include a Rings map of the drive space like DiskSpace Fan does.. ( in the form of a standalone config, gadget, widget.. as an option would be cool - kind of in love with that right now.. available on MAC and Linux by default.. )Ability to defrag hibernation files, and properly detect de-fragmentation ( unless something is wrong with mine - I get a 2 GB defrag state no matter what - could be Boot Time file though and Hibernation )Other than that UD has always been a great program.. But then again, I heard that the file system that different type of Linux distro has have lesser fragmentation chances.They should improve their auto defrag thingy more... This is a capture of DiskSpace Fan.. Free version..attachment cleanupThough it would not make much sense to have it for a method of defrag.. it would be nice if it was a little extra. Its the only program I have actually seen this on Windows.. Its not like the one you can use over the Network.. ( which is cool too. ) But its animated.. best just installed and used..LOL..If I could find a way to make that a Rainmeter or Samurize Config.. I would.. Technically though I don't know what it actually has to do with UD 3.. :P maybe it was just on my mind..I do hope though that it doesn't get 'dumbed-up' like Advanced Defrag.. I tried it and it was like a n00b version with less options and not that good..The other things though I mentioned are of my main concern..
