The trouble is it kept telling me that there was another program running. The drive had Bitlocker on it. Maybe because I had done a Reset on this PC. And, during that I realized how old the copy of WIN10 Pro in the recovery partition. I stopped and used Strelec. Maybe this is where Bitlocker got installed on the drive? All is good. I think I used Device Manager to delete the disk. I am giving this PC to someone I know.
