lurch234 Posted January 31, 2024 Share Posted January 31, 2024 (edited) Oh boy! The original BootCD saved my ass when I bought my first custom made PC. The computer case had a smaller recessed power button for hot swapping next to the regular power button. I accidentally managed to hit the smaller one and since I wasn't configured for hot swapping my whole HDD became RAW! Popped in HirensCD to boot from and was able to recover my drive with the provided utilities. If this is anything like it it's a must! Installed on a usb key via rufus. Booted up fine.
