Plz let me know. TIA Judging from your flag, i conclude that you are from Canada. Which means you use a VPN to hide from your ISP when you torrent. This leads to the conclusion that your VPN is throttling your torrenting. or You don't use VPN, and your ISP is blocking your torrenting traffic. In case you can provide further info, someone might be able to assist you more properly. So far, i don't have any trouble downloading from top torrent site. Torrenting has nothing to do with sites. It is the trackers that provides you with seeds and can affect your downloads and upload speed. Moreover, using a different torrent client like qbittorrent can also help you gain some speed. It is better, faster, and ads-free compared to utorrent and Bittorrent. Looking forward for more info from you, so that you can be better helped here !!!
