Kalju Posted July 3, 2023 Share Posted July 3, 2023 What kind of messages are you talking about and why do you think they should be stored in Google Drive. Usually only cloud usage history, device history and nothing else is saved there. As far as I know, no messages have ever been saved there, only attachments you've personally sent via gmail. All deleted emails will be in the trash for 30 days and then will be deleted forever unless you delete them yourself before the 30 days are up and then they are not no more recoverable for you, only the police and security service can then restore them then... they have teir own copies. This way you can create a backup and save it in the device's memory. You will need to: Open the settings. Go to the "About the device" section, then select "Backup and Restore". And one.google.com is for you to see everything related to your Google account in one place. Only reviews, links and guides are available there and nothing else. It's either third-party software or contact customer service. Four searches and it's the same triumvirate: reset,third-party or customer service...
