CCMaker error

Chancer

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I recently needed to rebuild my PC and so needed CCmaker!

When I run and it gets to the point of downloading files I get an error;

Callstack: DownloadTemporaryFile < PerformDownloadProducts

Exception: Download faile.

Reason: Status codeL HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found.

Does anybody know what and how to fix?

Thanks

I apologise that I posted in the wrong place - I thought I had got it right.

Unfortunately, there is NO absolute solution for the issue you're describing with all possible variables.

  • Which version of CCMaker you're using
    • Ensure "host" file is clean
  • Which OS you're using
    • If newer OS (Win11), may be a compatibility issue
    • If current OS (Win10), may need to ensure you have the appropriate "Microsoft Universal C Runtime (CRT)" installed
    • If older OS (Win7), may need to use older version of "flash" to run CCmaker
  • Depending on which Adobe application the error presents on, it may not be compatible with choice of OS
