Chancer
Hi, I recently needed to rebuild my PC and so needed CCmaker! When I run and it gets to the point of downloading files I get an error; Callstack: DownloadTemporaryFile < PerformDownloadProducts Exception: Download faile. Reason: Status codeL HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found. Does anybody know what and how to fix? Thanks

bigbrother
Unfortunately, there is NO absolute solution for the issue you're describing with all possible variables. Which version of CCMaker you're using Ensure "host" file is clean Which OS you're using If newer OS (Win11), may be a compatibility issue If current OS (Win10), may need to ensure you have the appropriate "Microsoft Universal C Runtime (CRT)" installed If older OS (Win7), may need to use older version of "flash" to run CCmaker Depending on which Adobe application the error presents on, it may not be compatible with choice of OS

bigbrother
I suspect its a compatibility issue with Windows 11 given all the known issues. More Info: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/windows-11.html and https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/windows-11.html#known-issues
