Is it possible to upgrade Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 to Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 21H2, without losing files, applications and activation? How?.
Thanks.

IF you have the ISO for Enterprise LTSC 21H2 mount it under windows and do an in-place upgrade. It should give you option for Keep your files and apps.

without losing ...., ..... and activation

Just to be sure keep a backup of your Store folder and if office is installed your IID and CID as sometimes it tends to deactivate and you need your CID to restore office activation on LTSC

Manual Backup process

=================================================

 MANUAL BACKUP PROCESS:

=================================================

1. Run Command Prompt as Administrator

2. Type "net stop sppsvc" without quotes, and hit Enter

3. Create a Copy of "C:\Windows\System32\spp\store" Folder!

4. Keep this Folder "store" somewhere else Safely

5. Replace the original "store" folder with the backup "store" folder (When you make a fresh installation). Choose TO REPLACE THE FILES IN THE DESTINATION

6. Done.!!!

Thanks @kyber, but I have read that it does not work. The first 2 options are grayed out.
