hpwamr Posted September 16, 2022 Share Posted September 16, 2022 Not really back to normal 😬 Solidfiles is become unusable ! 🤔 Scenario: 👀 Upload a NEW simple "test.7-Zip" file The file test.7z" appears in File Manager. 👍 In File Manager Click on the file to download it. A "Violating our Terms of Service" window appears instead of the Regular Download window. 😬 The file "test.7z" has disappeared in the File Manager. 👎 Conclusion: Add NEW files in Solidfiles has become impossible ! hpwamr Posted September 17, 2022 Share Posted September 17, 2022 (edited) The issue does not occur with existing files on SolidFiles before it went offline for +/- 1 month. But since SolidFiles is back online, sometimes NEW download files *.7z, *.txt, *.png etc... are correctly added in SolidFiles and sometimes a download of these files triggers the "Violation of our Terms" window". My recent emails to "[email protected]" are still being ignored. 😬 I want to give them a chance until the end of the month to correct these problems. Hence, all the hosts to use on forums stuff. While it is true that files would get deleted after some inactivity and in the world of software, new versions keep coming, it is always best for users to use more than one host, so that when above like situation occurs with a host, people have other options there.
