toyo Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 u should try spy sweeper, all ppl seem 2 like it. i renounced using a dedicated antispy-antiadware coz of the integrated solution in KIS 2006, didnt let me down yet and of course windows is starting up faster when it doesnt have 2 load a 3rd party antispyu will find spy sweeper here, on apps/sys&security Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
apcmiller Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 unless your contstantly downloading spyware riddled programs using a ondemand spyware program is just going to slow down your computer I run my antispyware progs once a week unless something seems to up with my system. NOD32 antivirus will catch some spyware before it installs, and most antiviruses are the same way. Try downloading spybot S&D for here and spysweeper and turning off all the starts with windows crap and just running them on a semiregualr basis. Best advice to keep your computer spyware free is to be safe and not download things you suspect are going to have spyware in them. This site wont have anything with spyware and most reputable sites wont either. Donwload from p2p with verifed hashes from a site you trust and keep your eye out for sure signs of spyware and your should be golden. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
