GoJiyo will get a quick push because of it’s huge publicity but it ’s going to be hard to survive in the era of Facebook, Orkut and MySpace. Presently they are targeting Indian people and soon then will move to their international campaigns to grab their share from the social networking addicted people around the globe.Tanya Dubash, Executive Director and President – Marketing, Godrej Group, commented, “It is an online activation platform for us to activate the youth and get it to interact with us and our portfolio. It is certainly a deviation form our core business, but is the definitely the next step as getting ourselves more relevant to the youth. Everyone in the family is involved. My cousin Nadir, also Firoze is actively involved. It’s a family business and it is in all of our vested interest that this takes place.”GoJiyo managed to get more than 10K registered users before it’s official launch. What do you think about GoJiyo?
