Crazycanuk Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 @Erwaszy My guess would be that you didnt use VPN ukraine when you both applied and installed Bitdefender. My suggestion would be to completly uninstall the app and start over. Use a new email and make sure VPN is on and request a new licence, start from scratch.
