You can also chat with support robot or try to contact the support person. In fact, I would first try to reinstall and then try to use different protocols. Some may work, even if five others do nothing. If you have a Premium account, you can use OpenVPN or WireGuard applications using Windscribe OVPN and CONF configuration files from your account. In myself, these work, even though the latest Windscribe application weeps conflicts and UDP/TCP and wireguard protocols are useless.
