You can also chat with support robot or try to contact the support person. In fact, I would first try to reinstall and then try to use different protocols. Some may work, even if five others do nothing. If you have a Premium account, you can use OpenVPN or WireGuard applications using Windscribe OVPN and CONF configuration files from your account.
