HX1 Posted March 13, 2010 Share Posted March 13, 2010 Well on XP I used K-Lite Full.. and now I am running Win7Codecs by Shark007.. quite good.. On XP I got flickering and waiting with K-Lite and I stood behind it.. I also always had to install DivX to get DivX to play.. not now though..no flicker/additional wait and .DivX plays and the file I have to test will seek where it did not before..I thought that Winamp was supposed to play it by default but I didn't get an image and the sound cut out.. MPC-HC tried but the video kept freezing.. while the sound played.. Windows Media Player went perfect.. Not sure though but so far so good.. I have to use things for awhile and have them prove themselves.. first..LOLEDIT: I am updating this because I have run into several issues with the Shark007 Package and have HAPPILY went back to K-Lite.. there just isn't anything comparable.. even on default settings.. and they are universal..
