Actually there is no button to Create New Topic. What might be the explanation? It is (o may I say, was) my favorite forum. Appreciate your reply. Excuse my confusion; I wrote SOFWARE UPDATES when I meant "SOFTWARE NEWS" Time ago I used to read Software News opening https://nsaneforums.com/forum/5-software-news/ Yesterday I got this page where last topic was posted at May 18 and as you may see it, there is no button to Create New Topic. When I checked later at https://nsaneforums.com/news/software-news/ I got latest software news. So I guess there were made some changes on the board but ultimately the information is there.
