[Solved] AnyDesk session keeps disconnecting

@info999 you should give more details whenever you ask a question in order to give a right answer. There are three information missing.

 

  1. What AnyDesk version you are using?
  2. What's the OS you are using?
  3. What's the firewall you are using?

Usually this issue caused by the firewall.

I know that. Well try to go to Settings and switch to the Connections tab. "Disable direct connections"

Uncheck Allow direct connections then apply.
