Administrator Matt Posted July 4, 2021 Administrator Share Posted July 4, 2021 @info999 you should give more details whenever you ask a question in order to give a right answer. There are three information missing. What AnyDesk version you are using? What's the OS you are using? What's the firewall you are using? Usually this issue caused by the firewall. Administrator Matt Posted July 4, 2021 Administrator Share Posted July 4, 2021 @info999 you must allow AnyDesk ports through your Firewall control. This link will help you. https://support.anydesk.com/Firewall

Administrator Solution Matt Posted July 4, 2021 Administrator Solution Share Posted July 4, 2021 I know that. Well try to go to Settings and switch to the Connections tab. "Disable direct connections" Uncheck Allow direct connections then apply. info999 and Matrix 1
