Disable Windows Update except wDefender and drivers for new devices

What's the best way to completely block, disable Windows Update for Windows, and Office but keep getting updates for Windows Defender and drivers for new, as in - connected for the first time, devices f.i. USB headset, web camera, Android fastboot, etc?

I use Kill-Update. It allows Windows Defender to update if you select it to do so. You have to disable it then to update windows and drivers. I manually update office from within the program otherwise you would also have to disable the Kill-Update to do that.
