So you could first upload an image to an image hoster and then convert the link to that image to a QR code. About encoding a complete image: http://qrdroid.com/blog/encode-any-image-as-a-qr-code/ "One feature that has been commonly asked to add to QR Droid was the ability to encode a complete image as a QR Code. Unfortunately, QR Codes can’t hold much more than 1 kB. This means that an image (which usually uses more than 1.000 kB) can’t be encoded." Steps for generating a QR Code for an Image First, upload the image to an host site (free) or something akin to a cloud. ... Copy the unique URL link for the image ...
