I have activated office 2010 with Toolkit 2.1.4. It worked and never had problems so far. So should I need to change to latest Toolkit or just leave it as is.

If it's working adequately well, leave it alone.

Office 2010 SP1 is out and poses no issues. They didn't even change the activation files. You can integrate SP1 as an update with the "Add Updates" feature but it is business as usual concerning activation.

V2.2 has been released. It runs the KMSEmulator in RAM to reduce AV issues as one of the main features.

First post updated with Office 2010 Toolkit v2.2. :)

Just yesterday I downloaded it on my cousin's computer and it was activated in no time. Cousin was very thankful. But CODYQX4 is the real deserving person.

Have all language packs built-in? I'm looking for pt-br language one.

Also what would be the major benefits from 64 bit version over 32 bits?

You can open excel spreadsheets bigger than 2GB, that's it. Disadvantages? Most of your plugins wont work. Even M$ recommends using 32-bit on 64-bit system.
