majithia23 Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 hello friends ,i installed the new 3.80.4 version of process lasso, last night, on my some what new laptop.it installed ok .then ran fine .but this morning when i restarted the laptop , 'synaptics touch pad ' dint start fingerprint reader dint startcomodo security dint start ati catalyst control center dint start ran the msconfig , and there also only three softwares were on start list and not even a mention of these softwares , that dint start (the list dint have there mention , forget about not ticked ..) i got confused. :think: i performed system restore , all was ok . everything back to normal .but process lasso got uninstalled , so i installed it again .but again after a restart the same softwares dint start .!!! :frusty: again did a system restore , and these again started .....what could be the problem guys ?thanks .. jalaffa Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 You can choose to have Process Lasso not to start at login. So booting up normally and then start Process Lasso to see what's going on. majithia23 Posted February 7, 2010 Author Share Posted February 7, 2010 well i just re installed and turned off the auto start option and gave it normal priority ( instead of highest rights ) , and everything now just seems fine .all the normal start up programs are running fine now !!also i noticed , that , first time i installed PL . there was a message "is_executable.exe" stopped working ...but that did not come this time ...what could it be?
