mp68terr 1,732
Did you try the portable version 7.41 (https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/sportable)? Not tested.
maut 2,400
No you can not, as it will auto update to the latest build automatically.
rseiler 139
Autoupdating aside, which used to (and may still) have workarounds, the issue is that they cutoff logins from anything below 8.x around a year and a half ago.
mp68terr 1,732
If it's not possible to use an old skype, would recommend to try qtox (https://qtox.github.io, the harder would be to convert your contacts). spinalgr1998
erp-ster0 358
f*ck Micro$oft for no longer allowing usage of skype 7.x lately in 2020 & beyond better off switching to alternative apps like qtox Edited December 20, 2020 by erp-ster0
x3r0 147
Yeah, it's impossible. GUI wise, Skype 7.x is more Windows 7 friendly indeed, but security wise - it's always better to use more up-to-date software rather than old one, or even better, use open source one.
