csmdew Posted August 23, 2020 Share Posted August 23, 2020 Changed start pic in boot with image changer program and now can't boot up. goes just past the win 10 logo and turn black with cursor and small circle above it spinning; stuck there. Loaded new bootable os on usb and tried to repair but said it could not repair. Need to get to restore or repair mbr I assume. Any help, thanks.
