Schools do not play a major role in spreading the coronavirus, according to a German study released Monday.

The study, the largest carried out on schoolchildren and teachers in Germany, found traces of the virus in fewer than 1 percent of teachers and children.

Scientists from Dresden Technical Institute said they believe children may act as a "brake" on chains of  infection.

I would not dare to try to use kids as a "brake" to this pandemic. I know some of them were unfortunate to get killed by COVID-19.

This is a complete misinterpretation of the whole study made.

I hope google didn't translate this for many.

It is not worthy to go in the details about the whole study made here

In Vo, Italy, with 86% of their population screened following the first death in late February, no children under 10 years were found to be positive.  This was despite a number of children found to be living with adults who had COVID-19.
