Administrator DKT27 Posted December 31, 2009 Administrator Share Posted December 31, 2009 $15 right? That means Rs.690. Hmm. I may also buy it. But hey what about USB 3? How much it will cost if I want to install it.
Night Owl
This looks good. But Microsoft still needs to develop USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 7 and Vista and hopefully XP too.

box
What's even better is that not only can the old drives toss around data a "theoretical" speeds of 5.0 GB/s, but they're instantly turned into external HDDs.Waste of money to convert old SATA / IDE hard drive into USB 3.0 compatible. The transfer speed will not improve. USB 3.0 is backward compatible to 2.0. Save your money for an SSD.
