Amazon has been frustrating during the pandemic, but Prime is more popular than ever

This is the new normal? I ordered a case for my phone and paid $3.99 for one day/next day delivery. Instead of a windows from May 6 -12, it was May 5 - 11?? Telephone support from Amazon tried to "spin" this, but eventually refunded my $3.99.

It's great you got the shipping refund.... But yeah i agree shipping is really bad these days not just amazon.

Amazon could be more upfront about their shipping woes. Their success, in a large part, is due to a "Prime" membership and 1 or 2 day shipping. They need to shout this change directly when you go to amazon.com.

In the UK Amazon do as they like and never stick to delivery dates and im noticing more and more fake items , sold and fulfilled by them ......

 

So a person has a few fake NORTH FACE coats , they purchase the " real " ones off amazon and return the Fakes as we all know they are never checked ...

Covid19 has still made £3bn for amazon , in the UK they offer you a £1 credit if you can wait longer for your delivery hahahaha

Yes, i agree... they should've stated that prior to purchase.

AMAZON Prime customers are waiting up to one month for next-day delivery as the company sees increased demand due to coronavirus.
