I did use v16.8 on my IDM installation previously too, so not sure if both patches did the magic or it was ok before with only v16.8. Ok?! How strange. The problem with 6.37.9 must have been lied elsewhere (not with version.dll). Your 6.37.9 patch works fine on 6.37.10. IDMan.exe executed as it should after patching.
