I think you can add small infos to them, so that the user understands that the hosts file is patched by the activator, and that CCleaner can no longer access the Internet (just in case). Perhaps, you can also add a confirmation, such as "The CCleaner process is going to be ended. Press any key to continue." or "The latest version of CCleaner is going to be downloaded and installed.", because otherwise the user may not understand what is going on ("What, but why is he trying to modify the hosts file, this one?)...
