I dont  think the portable from  dev  in the zip  is stealth  or portableapps would not bother making  it Paf , portableapps version not updated yet but should soon, you would  have to edit the settings from inside the    portable settings . Most portables from the devs are not meant to be stealth only they make them were you can run them from a usb  drive or hd./ssd  not installed  .

for what is worth, I'm running their portable version from:

Good point, not a problem for me as I use a batch file to launch CCleaner - feel free to adapt it to your needs.

tasklist /FI "IMAGENAME eq CCleaner.exe"|find "CCleaner" >nul
if %ERRORLEVEL% == 0 (
    goto focus
) else (
    cd /D "%~dp0"
    taskkill /F /IM MicrosoftEdge.exe /T 2>nul
    forfiles /m w*.ini /d -9 /c "cmd /c start /wait /min winapp2ool.exe -2 -d -s"
    start /high regedit /s CCHealthCheckOff.reg
    start /min CCleaner.exe
    nircmdc wait 1250
)
:focus
nircmdc win activate process CCleaner.exe
exit
