Extract and run DVDFab11Portable.
Settings of installed DVDFab should be preserved.

Note: Start this portable for the first time twice.

Unfortunately, even with the new invented chip H265, dvdfab is no longer what it once was. The quality of the result is poor, although the source is very good, conversion in two passes, Mkv h265 10bits. The stones had to come out
Better results with handbrake nvenc, in one pass

Handbrake is just a ripper & not a shrinker. Never had any issue with the quality of the video in 1pass shrinking with DVDFab while watching on a 65" screen.

I installed this in my usual portable folder. When I started it, I allowed it internet access and it did a "Piracy Detected", etc. It seems like the first time you run the portable you see a warning about this. Close. The next time you run it the warning does not appear. I am testing it with a Copy operation, converting a UHD rip on a drive to a BD50 size ISO. It only gets to %2 and stops. i.e. CPU usage goes to zero.  I tried the twice with the same result.

What can I do? Delete all the portable files and start over?

Had the same problem Empathic. Did exactly what you suggested, delete all portable files and started over. Worked for me. Blocked portable exe with firewall. I wasn't backing up a BD50 though.

No need to delete the portable data. Just start for the first time twice.

[I wanted to try the installed version] I am using EIS. There is an IP Address that needs to be blocked. In EIS, this is "Web and Email">Web Access Protection>URL Address Management>Address LIst>Edit>List of blocked addresses. Can I just put the IP address as it is or do you need wildcards?

First of all, is a handbrake video converter and some ripper!
Try what you want and see that it has higher quality than you know what to do.
It is known that free programs are the best

Try converting to high quality double encoding with something blacker and with something more forest, and forget to tell me how it looks! is the tree moving, although it is not wind?
Try also with handbrake h265 nvidia nvenc and tell me what the difference between video converted with dvdfab and the one with handbrake
