Need help : Comodo firewall can't update from web database

Comodo firewall can't update from web database after updating windows 10 professional to version 1909 OS  18363.476. It says there is no internet connection; but, actually, it is not so.

 

Can any body hlep me ?  Thank you !

Uninstall it permanently, even registry and all old files files related to it ie config files etc, reboot computer, repair Windows default settings, Windows defender and firewall and if You really want it back (don't know why should), reinstall it again, ie You must do clean installation.
If it also don't give positive results, try to not use PUP no more.

A bit later...

Sorry. I forgot to say that after removing, be sure to check your Windows. There is a good chance that there will be errors and problems.
Run cmd.exe as admin and then sfc.exe /scannow
If there are some problems, that cannot fix, You schould reinstall Windows.
